  If I as a member could give zero stars I would!!! Went in today and used my husbands netspend card at the atm to withdraw money to pay my car loan and deposit money into my cutx account. The atm card took my card because it was damaged. After going inside I was told that the only way I might "possibly" be able to get the card back is if my husband came and verified it was his card. After returning with my husband and his ID the manager Domanic still refused to give back the card because the ID was expired we explained that he has an appointment in. August with the DMV to have it replaced. The manager Dominic stated that covid was over which isn't true and the Texas Dmv are still requireing. Appointments and are months behind. Dominic has caused unessary stress on my family. i will be closing my account as well as dili g a complaint with the state. Bad customer service all the way around. He stole our property

  The tellers in the drive thru do not greet customers at this location. I've already brought this to the attention of management but it still continues. I prefer to go to another location.

  I have been banking here for about two years, and have never found such a rude person that attended my business one day. Lady (can't remember her name) has the office on the right hand side, as you enter, was yelling at me, and was so loud, that everybody in the bank at that time knew about my transactions and overcharged fees. This Credit Union employee told me that she banks and used to work at Mesquite Credit Union, I still don't understand why she still works there. My complaint was that too many charges were in my account, and that caused me to be overdrawn by $250. she offered to clear two charges, and then threaten to charge me more if I did not followed her instructions, her voice was so loud that I had to close the door, and walked out. Ridiculous and unbelievable from an employee that suppose to be in customer service. Don't bank here, all my business accounts also my wife's are at another bank, I will transfer all my money to a new account as soon as I can. All of this was about a yer go, since then, I have received the best customer service, and was offered a credit line, The person who gave so horrible service, has not been seen since.   Nothing is easy here. I don’t even know why they have a customer care line. There answer is to always go in person or use the mobile app. Just to change an address or pay a loan off. The wait is always ridiculous.

  Banked here for well over a decade. Staff have been kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Why would I take my money anywhere else when I get this kind of Customer service all the time? Credit unions are the best bet for banking services. These other big banks will only use you.

  Customer service when you call needs alot of work, you hold for a very long time! And have found out they are never there when you need them. Very disapointed in this bank

  ATMs never work. Customer service is horrible, no one smiles or greets you when you walk in. When I had an issue last year I spoke to Erica in corporate (I believe she’s one of the managers) and she was disgustingly rude. So rude that the incident happened a year ago and I still remember her name! It seems like majority of the staff doesn’t want to be working there which would explain why everyone is so agitated.
