  Today I needed to deposit some money in my account, only one lane open in the drive though, the young lady that waited on me was rude,I made a mistake on the deposit slip made it out for withdrawal instead of deposit, but the lady was rude ,in the way she spoke to me. Been banking here over 15 years,don’t that count for something.

  Exceptional Customer Service involves meeting and surpassing expectations. Today, Ms. Tina C. did that for me. I explained my hardship and Ms. Tina went above and beyond to accommodate me. Every encounter I’ve had with her has always been a great experience. But, today was different and she did not stop until she was able to resolve my problem even with limited resources. Ms. Tina C. is definitely an asset to your staff and should be recognized for her EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. By the way she works at the Lancaster, Texas branch. I’m forever grateful.   Tina C provides the best personal experience. She is very professional, kind and helpful. When I come to the bank I don’t feel like I am coming to do a business transaction. Credit union best experience better than a corporate bank.

  Since the Covid-19 shut down of many businesses where you can not enter some facilities like the bank, we are just using the drive thru. I would like to express the service that I received from Tina C. She has always been very polite,efficient and expedient with my transactions. Always welcoming and thanking me with a smile.
