  This place is terrible. I understand that there is no drive thru but they refuse to make accommodations while the line is out the door. Line out the door, but only 2 tellers. Mean while 3 staff members are walking around. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Terrible location. The staff could care less. If you come here to bank set aside atleast 40min.

  I wait in long line to cash a check from a friend. When I finally get to window the lady tells me someone else in the bank is gonna have to verify it. ...never had do this ever... before also now after all the hassle I get hit with an 8.00 check cashing fee.......customer service is 0 with boa.

  This Branch is unreal they need more tellers I avoid this branch at all cost every time I have been there 1 or maybe 2 tellers and super slow like purposely slow I guess so the management team can get them more help, but there will be up to 2 people greeting you when you walk in I expressed my feelings to them and told them help the 1 teller. They have more greeters then tellers lol.

  Why are the hours 9am to 4pm. Most people have to be at work at 8am and don't get off work until 5pm. So the bank doesn't open until an hour after most people to have to be at work and closes an hour before most people get off. That's convenient.

  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH DO NOT REALIZE THAT EVERY CUSTOMER MATTERS. I WAS THERE FOR 25 MINUTES WAITING AND A BANK REPRESENTATIVE JUST CAME TO WAITING ROOM STATED THEY ARE BOOKED. THESE EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY CUSTOMER THAT GOES IN FOR SERVICES. IS THEIR PAYCHECK!!!!!!!!!!

  went to cash a check today and the people behind the counter was protected with gloves and everybody had masked but the customers aftereafter customer going up was touching the counter and nobody's cleaning the counter after each customer leaves and it's not fair and I brought it to the teller he act like he didn't care and I also talked to the securityguard he said okay but we're still being contaminated they're not cleaning like they're supposed to clean

  The lines are always long, they never have English ugh people. They closed the drive up banking, so now you have to wait in a super long line inside (or outside) the bank. The tellers are nice but the wait is horrible!

  Horrible customer service. The lines are unbelievable no way should a person wait 30 to 45 minutes outside. Then almost an hour to be seen by a teller on the inside!!!!

  The banking cartel since the mid1800's. No surprise here. Bad costumer service, nobody cares.Rude employees ..Hurry up and wait, like sheep in a single file. Smells like New World Order to me.

  Worst banking experience ever. Terrible location, never open, will turn you away at their earliest convenience. Atm and drive through consistently broken or out if service. Don't go here. Don't bank with bank if america.
