  Michael Meanor folks. Ask for him! Here’s my story and first time home buyer journey. Where do I even begin? The first time home buying experience is a crash course in buzzwords and confusion. I was absurdly intimated to start and concerned with my credit score despite my salary and desire to purchase my dream home. Instead of turning me away, Michael took a personal interest in seeing it through. I moved money around and paid off my remaining credit cards. He helped me resubmit each one for a rescore and at the last minute when we discovered one had reported a 1.84 late fee dropping my score 30 pts he helped me get a hold of them, tricky because the card was sold to another bank, for a letter clearing the erroneous report and ultimately helping me get my 20 year fixed rate conventional loan right on time for closing. I had another lender competing for my business and there is no way he would have had the stomach to do all the paperwork and things needed to get this done. Highly highly recommend! He is very receptive. Calls and texts back immediately and legit had to hold my hand through this process. I’m so proud of my new home and couldn’t have done it without him. It was so much work for 3 weeks he even showed up on the day of because it was such an accomplishment for us both 😂 He will do all my family and friends moving forward as well. There were no surprises thanks to him and I’m forever grateful for that

  Adam helped me and my wife get a bank statement loan to buy our dream home when I didn’t have tax returns showing enough income to get the house through a conventional loan. The following year he helped us refinance into a conventional loan after having a good year in business the prior year. We couldn’t be happier in our house and we probably would have never gotten it if it wasn’t for Adam. He is great to work with and he made the process easy. I highly recommend him as your loan officer. He will take care of all your mortgage needs.

  We had a great experience working with Adam Colberg. We purchased our home here (sight unseen by us) and as you can imagine there was some anxiety. We made the cross country trek from New England to Texas and Adam assured us all would go well. He kept us updated constantly. We didn’t know a single realtor or Mortgage lender but went with recommendations. He made our experience as pleasant as possible while working from afar!

  I worked with Nick Schumacher on obtaining a loan for my first home (I closed today on the house!). Nick was helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. He explained the process to me and made himself available to talk me through everything and explain my options.   Adam is definitely THE best for your mortgage needs! I’ve used him both for initial home purchase, taking out equity in our home and for a refi. I would not use anyone else and refer anyone in the market for a mortgage his way. (My parents have used him as well.) I’m incredibly busy, but Adam made the process every time super easy and it didn’t feel like I had to go out of my way to jump through hoops to get a zillion documents to him (when compared to others I’ve used in the past). Highly highly recommend!

  Adam and his team at CapRock are the best! We were given excellent guidance through the whole process, received a low rate with good terms, and lots of attention to our unique set of needs/circumstances which I imagine made us much more complicated than a typical client... Adam even helped us AFTER closing (!) with info about recasting the loan which was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks, CapRock, for being so generous with your time and knowledge.   Had the best experience. Adam and his team were knowledgable, resposnsive, and extremely professional. The entire process was streamlined and they were able to get me a great rate with really reasonable closing costs. The whole experience was painless and I would highly recommend you talk to Caprock if you're considering taking out a loan or refinancing.

  Michael Meanor is the best there ever was, is, and will be to come. He has been relentless in his pursuit of setting us up as best he could as we navigated the craziest market in history. As first time homebuyers, we have had plenty of questions (often repetitive) that he always answered and encouraged us in. He dealt with plenty of mind changes and contracts as we had quite the unconventional journey. Across the board, everyone he has come in contact with has been quite impressed. He's the best!
