  Justin was highly professional, gave great information, helpful through every step of the process. I work 60 hours a week, and went through the buying process through the Christmas holidays. Justin always answered the phone at weird hours, replied to all of my questions in a timely manor. Extremely professional, with a good sense of humor about life. Would definitely recommend.

  There aren’t enough good things I can say about the house-buying process with Justin Woods. As a first time home buyer Justin educated me on the process and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.   Justin worked with us from start to finish, which was refreshing. He’s very professional and relatable, was very patient with all our questions and made sure we understood the explanations. When we encountered an issue left over from a previous refinance he made sure it was fixed and we were able to close on time. We’re giving Justin’s number to anyone looking for mortgage lending.

  Justin was wonderful to work with. He was always very timely in answering phone calls and emails, and at times even provided us documents as late as 10 pm when they needed to be finished that night. He was great at keeping us informed and being flexible when changes were made. I would highly recommend working with him!

  We had Justin Woods to help us at All Western. He worked tirelessly to help us with property financing every step of the way. We feel his efforts were above and beyond what anyone could expect and he stuck with us through months of ups and downs providing expert advice and solutions to every problem that came up. We had to do most of it from out of state but he made it all as easy and timely as possible. Customer service at it's very best. He gets 10 stars from us. He provided prompt updates on the status of documents and let me know when I needed to provide updated documents. He was able to breakdown theoretical costs to support my decisions on down payment.
