We went on a busy Saturday around lunch time. We had to wait, but it wasn't overlong considering day and time. The front desk dealt with us pleasantly and efficiently. The service we received was pleasant, efficient, and effective. My relationship hasn't been problem-free over the 40+ years I've had accounts, but it's been well above average, especially for a financial institution.

Mary and Ivy are wonderful to work with. Super nice, and answered all my questions. There were some strange things that had happened to an account, and Ivy was able to determine exactly what happened and addressed my concerns. Great staff, and very pleasant! Happy to be a member!
