  THANK YOU to Aaron and his team for a very thorough and streamlined process with getting our mortgage approved and completed. His team was absolutely professional in every aspect (communication, updates, etc) of getting a mortgage done especially while I was not local. They are great with VA loans. Did I mention we were able to get us to settlement in roughly a month from start to finish?! From our previous experience, it takes a lot longer from start to finish (lots of back and fourth). I've been impressed with AnnieMac Home Mortgage team during our home buying process. Again, thank you!

  Hannah and her team were well organized, efficient, and super helpful during the entire process of closing my first home. As a first time homebuyer, it was important for me to understand all the bits and pieces that go into a mortgage loan, and Hannah did a great job in helping me walk through that.   Matt and his team were wonderful to work with! We had a unique situation as first time VA home buyers and we are so thankful for Matt’s patience and expertise as he helped us navigate the ins and outs of everything associated with the buying process- especially in this crazy market! He always made himself available to answer questions, was timely in his responses and calculating figures for us, and made sure we had everything we needed to meet all of the deadlines on the admin end of things. He also made all of this happen on an amazingly fast timeline, for he had everything completed and approved in just about a month! We couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently everything was done. Most of all, we appreciated his ability to make us feel optimistic, especially during the few times we hit inevitable snags in the process… it was invaluable knowing he had our best interests in mind and we could feel confident in him and his team going to bat for us!   I was put in a uniquely difficult situation with my mother passing away and me inheriting the house that she lived in. I didn't want to lose it, but trying to take on the severely overdue mortgage payments and dealing with the messiness of settling her estate was a monumental task. I was given a personal referral for Andrew, one of the representatives from Annie Mac Home Mortgage, to refinance my home to something more manageable. Andrew and the team at AnnieMac did a phenomenal job to secure a good rate for me and bent over backwards to help me through this incredibly difficult situation.
