  I would 100% recommend Atlantic Prime Mortgage. Wes and Renee have been great throughout our entire closing process! This was our first home purchase, and they were very patient and shared their knowledge of the industry and process. They turned around numerous quotes on several properties in often less than an hour. We got great rates and felt very comfortable working with them. It was a great experience.

  I have buyer clients who have used both Wes and David and 100% of them had great experiences. As a Realtor, I never had to worry about a deal falling apart as a result of financing because I knew Wes or David were on top of every transaction every step of the way. For settlements, Renee is incredibly patient and kind but most importantly she knows the process forward and backward. Again, knowing that Renee was making it happen for my sellers and buyers, that was one major thing I never had to worry about.

  We are so grateful to Wes and Renee. We were shopping for a mortgage program that would allow us to buy our dream home, which we thought might be just out of our reach. Wes made it happen. Wes was easy to talk to on the phone and definitely knows which programs are out there and which programs fit a given family's needs. We were nervous about the process at first but were glad we went local with Atlantic Prime. We came by the office a couple times with our written questions etc, and both times left feeling great. The loan came through, closed on time, and Wes gave us perfect guidance every step of the way-- even came by during closing to say congrats. Amazingly, the costs of the loan Atlantic Prime found for us were even lower than the estimate-- a rarity these days. This was our fourth home purchase and easily our very best experience.
