      The machine to the left took about 184 dollars when I tried to complete a deposit and never gave it back. I had to file a claim with the fraud department. Please install a new machine or fix it. Thanks.

      I lost $600 cash in the machine today. The slip that came from the machine stated that “there was an error returning my cash and to call the financial institution” No number or anything was provided on the slip. When I called the 1-800 number for NFCU the support staff could no find the location initially. After about 15 minutes, she said she found it. What??? You don’t know where your locations are??? Now an investigation is underway to determine what happened to the machine. Zero offer to credit the funds until they complete the investigation. Maybe I’ll get my credit before the end of the year. Also, the other machine was out of order AGAIN!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!

      This atm will take your money and your account will not be credited until the investigation is complete. Even the investigation isn't to be trusted. It's always gonna be the member's lost. Shame.

      One of the ATM it doesn’t work well . It’s pretty disappointed, Omg I’ll be back to this ATM , cuz I need to do a deposit and now you can’t see in the screen the option are in color yellow. You need to guest what it says. Seriously 😐 what a bad service.
