  very disappointed in Navy Federal I tried to do a cash advance to put money in my dad's account who's a member and because I'm non-member I'm not allowed to. never ran into this problem in any other financial institution in the United States

  Navy federal credit union is fraudulent! So I got some alarming news today I am being punished for hackers on my account! Navy federal credit union is punishing me and not allowing me to have a debit card any longer because I had too many people hack my account! I think this is a fifth amendment right issue and I’ve spoken to many representatives and they will not reverse the right for me to have a debit card for two years! I suggest not having A navy federal bank account ever they are not reversing their actions which is going to initially allow me to pull all my money out of Navy Fed. and go to a bank that respects the money that I deposit in their account! Do not get a bank account at Navy Fed Credit Union, I am being punished for people hacking my account do not bank with navy federal credit union they are fraudulent

  Just went to use ATM, and was given 2 $50. Bills. Needed twenties, so I immediately walked inside, and they wouldn't do it, because I'm not a member. I will now never ever be a member. Asked for manager, and told he was the person in charge. What ever happened to customer service.

  i have not had navy Federal very long but they are so far as good as it gets. they have the big bank apps for mobile and the down home feel of the local credit union. Their home buying experience was the best. I did have a friend that was banned for life from mobile Navy Fed after a short sale, but he can still bank in the branches.

  Thomas was amazing, and the reason we stay with Navy Fed. With a baby, he was very accommodating and quick. Give him a raise!

  One thing they have to do is change the hours in Google if you care about your customers. Unbelievable that I have to travel all the way here because it says open and they are closed...😑

  I love this navy federal bank. The employees are always very nice and I will always go to this branch when I am in MiraMesa.

  Short lines and friendly employees. I am usually in and out of this place in 1-2 min. Very convenient.
