  I'm a licensed lender/realtor and I've been w/ KAM Financial for 3+ years now. If you want to run your own business with the backing and support of a great brokerage w/ minimal broker fees, KAM is an excellent choice. The broker is very responsive and supportive. We're licensed with almost every lender and if we're not, the broker will jump in and quickly be setup with any lender or new bank you need. You will be running your own business. There wont be too much support per file. You'll need to use your lender's A/E's for help on that front, but you'll have a solid engine to keep your business running smoothly. There is no delay on your commission check. The check is received and you get paid immediately. I highly recommend KAM if you're looking to join a brokerage or switch.

  KAM is a true pleasure to broker loans with! They have access to all competitive lenders, to the lowest available rates/cost and provide caring support when needed. The KAM website is easy to maneuver, commission payouts are a synch and come quickly after the file is submitted (with rarely ever any major requests). VERY reasonable per file fee! I started working with KAM in 2015 after being with the major competitor (C..) for 9 years. I have been much more successful broker since and have never looked back.

  After years of working for them I must say that KAM Financial is an amazing company to work for. They are supportive of our needs as loan officers and give us the tools needed to succeed in a very competitive landscape.   If you're a loan officer looking for somewhere to hang your license, look no further than KAM. Working for them, you'll be able to give your clients a great experience and get them much lower rates than they'll find at banks or credit unions. Even compared with other brokers, having access to 115 different lenders (and counting) gives you a massive competitive edge over the competition. After 5 years with KAM, I can count on one hand the number of times I've been beat on pricing.

  I love working with Mike, Maya and Khaled! They always respond to my questions and pay commissions out quick! Great list of lenders to work with.. I always get phone calls to switch brokers, but I am very happy with KAM. 5 stars!!!!!
