  Phil and his team are amazing! We recently bought a new home with Phil's help and the process went very smoothly. He helped link us to a loan officer (who was awesome). Phil was honest about homes that we looked at and ensures that everyone follows through on their part. You can tell that he is experienced and knows what he is doing. He also helped sell our house within two weeks. We did a simultaneous close, which was extremely stressful but the Coole Team held our hands every step of the way. I honestly don't think we would've been successful in the process if we had a less experienced realtor. He came to us as a recommendation from a trusted friend and I would recommend him to anyone who asks! Thank you so much!

  I worked with Phil and his team. I have a hectic schedule and didn't want to spend lots of time interviewing agents. Phil was the second agent I interviewed and I went for it. He is funny, answered all my questions, and had confidence in what he was saying. This guy has been in the industry for a long time. I wasn't disappointed. He did an amazing job.   Phil and Marisa are the best!!! They made the process so quick and simple, and was quick to respond to my questions and concerns via email and/or text. I saw the unit Wednesday night, had my offer accepted by Thursday and 21 days later everything was completed. This was my first time buying a home on my own and I was nervous about the process but it turned out to be quick and easy. So thank you Phil and Marisa for making this such a pleasant experience.

  While we were house hunting, there were somethings we already knew and some others we had no idea about. Benie, helped us in getting clarity with the unknowns. No matter the cost, she gave us genuine advise on all properties we saw. She set us up on an alert that would immediately notify us when a new property was listed. When we really liked a property, she does her part and gets us a viewing as early as possible. I remember we liked a property and wanted to offer the same day it got listed. We got to know that the seller wanted to wait 3-4 days. However, the next night she got a call from their agent saying that we have been asked to put in our best. Benie worked with us deciding on the price to go in at and we finally sent our first offer. There eventually was a bidding war and we were all given counter offers. Behind the scenes, she had constantly been putting in good word for us to the seller’s agent. That helped us as we got the offer despite having contingencies. From our entire experience we can say for certain that Benie and her team has great work ethics

  I found Phil from a monthly mailer that he sends to me. After meeting him, I chose Phil to sell my home in Poway. Phil went above and beyond to help me sell my home in the middle of COVID-19.
