      This was my first experience with Navy Fed after creating a checking account online. The service was spectacular and they were able to answer all my questions. The lady who helped me was patient and walked me through the process of refinancing a loan. They were quite busy, yet I did not feel rushed at all. I am very pleased with my experience at this location. Thank you!

      I have always had good experiences at Navy Fed in Havelock NC. Today that was not the case. I spoke with Mandy on the phone. She was not friendly or helpful at all. She was very rushed to get me off of the phone.

      The slowest Credit Union around by far. They operate two drive through windows with one teller. Why not just operate one single drive through line. I called Navy Fed customer service and they told me the actual bank phone numbers are not listed because they have no one to answer the phone....

      Being out of town and on our honeymoon at the beach my wife and I stopped by to get her added to my NFCU account. Stefani ( may have spelled wrong) was absolutely amazing and helpful through the very short process. I’ve been out of the service for 5 years but the service at local branches have not changed a bit. Cheers to this branch for being amazing!
