  Poor customer service and I regret doing business with this company. I do not recommend and will persuade my friends and family to shop elsewhere for auto insurance.

  Hello Mr. Morehead, I am sorry that you feel that way and I have to say I am a little surprised at your review. You started your policy with us back in April 2018 and you continued your policy with us until your policy cancelled for non-payment of your monthly payment on October 12, 2021. We tried to contact you many times to let you know that your policy was going to cancel for non-payment and then we also tried to contact you when your policy cancelled. According to our records we have not had any contact or personal dealings with you since the start of your policy. Maybe you are speaking about your customer service experience with National General, to which yes that is a company that we do business with and that was the company that you had your coverage through but we can not be held responsible for their customer service agents. If you would like to call our office at 252-444-3119 when we are open and I guarantee that one of our qualified agents will try their absolute best to help you with any issues you may have and do it with the utmost respect. We take great pride in our customer service as we are a small family owned business and always strive to do our best.   I absolutely recommend this company to anybody Ms.Brook was the best she greeted me and got me squared away super fast after a long day of turn arounds she help me and had a smile on her face threw the whole process great customer service happy I choose this place

  The price we were paying was just outrageous so we decided to switch insurance companies. When my husband had went in to sign the form to cancel our policy the woman had asked him why he was switching and he let her know we decided to go through with another insurance company and she snarked at him and said “well I’ll be here when you decide to come back” how rude. They also still took out money from our bank after we had canceled. We will NEVER go back.

We take great pride in trying to find our insured's the cheapest insurance possible but sometimes that just does not happen.   I called for a quote and no one ever returned my call.

  Bethanie, first I want to apologize that you have not received a call back in a timely manner. That is not how we run things at our agency. However, I do know that Monday and Tuesday (1/3 & 1/4) of this week has been exceptionally busy for our agents since our office was closed last Friday for the holidays, but that is still no excuse! I have notified my agents about your dissatisfaction and I promise that you will receive a phone call first thing!!
