  They have some real smart people at Navy Federal forcing people to use hand sanitizer before entering their facility. I came in wearing a mask but they refuse to allow me to enter unless I used hand sanitizer. They just lost a customer. I’ll be glad to give my money to people that have common sense instead.

  I'm a new member at navy federal, and the customer service provided was amazing. It's not an easy process starting up a new business. Quite a few documents are needed. I was nervous going into the location opening up a business account but Ashley gray at this location made it so easy for me. She knew exactly what was needed and was extremely helpful with the paperwork as well. She answered all of the many questions I asked and talked to me as i was a friend which made the process smoother and less awkward. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Ashley!

  We are visiting from out of town and had to stop and make a deposit. I am recently married and haven’t gotten all of my IDs updates so different things have different names and the teller we had was AMAZING! There was quite a line and she offered to take us off to the side to handle our business. We were in and out within 10 minutes. I wish we had this branch back home!

  I visited my local NFCU in suffolk, va to secure a cashier's check I ordered online, only to discover their process isn't as seamless as I anticipated. Furthermore, the representative folded my check as if he was in elementary school. How unprofessional!

  Line look long.. But service is very quick... They might even make you feel very important and pull you from the line to help . Nice!

  Buncha liars. Said they were open on presidents day. Wasted half a tank of gas to go deposit a check only to find out they were closed.
