  This was the worst charge you to cash a check written at there bank no signage stating the fact Could be better off going to Walmart and cashing it if I wanted to be charged. Fleecing of people Will never bank with bb&t and will tell anyone who listens not too .

  This location is much better than most Suffolk’s BB&Ts. Very nice and very helpful. The staff was knowledgeable.

  This review reflects BB&T as a whole. They are an over priced jerk around in general. This location tho is staffed with pleasant employee's, I only left due to the corporate structure and the fact that you can get 10 times more at any other national bank for 5% of the cost.
