  The drive thru is easy to navigate. They only have one drive thru ATM. It's the lane closets to the building's wall. The other two lanes are only available during business hours. NFCU ATMs tend to be slow. They lag in responding when in use.

  Thieves. Once I thought that the military represented honesty and integrity. Maybe I was just too naïve. I tried to make a deposit on my Navy Federal credit union account via the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and took $120 from me. The Navy Federal credit Union didn't even acknowledge it and they stole $120 from me. They took this money, I appealed it, and they denied it. My advice: Do not go to this disreputable, dishonest credit union. They will steal from you and they will not admit that they did.

  They wouldn't notarize our documents after having us wait to confirm that they had a notary available. They told us they had someone, scanned my debit card to be sure I am still a valid member of the credit union (which we have been for 6 1/2 years now). We are visiting family here, the title company working on the sale of a house for us needed us to have a few documents notarized. After about 10 minutes or so of waiting at the front, the lady changed her mind I guess and said it is a "special California rule that they only notarize official Navy Federal documents". Virginia, Illinois, and Colorado Navy Federal locations have never turned us away when we asked for a notary. To top it off the lady turned away half way through telling us they can't notarize the documents and wouldn't look at us while speaking... A little strange.

  I have been a member for 37 years. Signed up Ithen I was stationed in Naples Italy. They have provided great service no matter which location I have used. The staff is always friendly. We have used many of the services provided. The check card is useful on all my international travels. I'm glad they offer family signups to become members. This has also been a great benefit. Look forward to the continued service. Thanks

  This was my moms bank. Nothing wrong with them we just prefer one closer to home that we can both use. Closed the account, they were very helpful assisted me with no issues.

  Best military bank ever.. lowest interest rates, easy to get financing needs.. Don’t be fooled with those fancy USAA commercials, USAA charges more interest(compare for yourself) oh yeah I am not affliated with NFCU but their loans, credit cards etc are the best out there..

  They literally criticized me about why I got a business loan the bank teller was questioning me as if I was lying I told her I should have to tell her my life just to pull out funds that belong to me now they are giving me the run around to withdraw my own business money. I’ve never felt so controlled in my life. They need to do a better job assisting people instead of trying to give them a hard time

  The hours suck, they close too early I can never make it on time, their new deposit rule is horrible. If you deposit your check directly in the bank you have to wait several days to receive the full amount, there's people out there that need their money right away once they deposit it. I feel like switching banks due to this.

  I’ve never had a problem coming to this branch. On Saturday I went to deposit a check and the teller was rude. There were three tellers open and everyone was close to them. My teller told me I had to stay stand behind a blue line and gave me a look. There was a couple she was helping out prior to me and she didn’t said nothing to them. I will also be getting ahold of the branch leadership.

  The best CU out there. Their lending criteria is amazing letting members get a second chance on credit. All the phone reps are nice and their interest rates are amazing. What more can you ask for.
