Went in to open a checking account for my girlfriend, apparently it was more important for the 2 available employees to chat it up in one of the offices instead of come help. They knew were were waiting for over 30 min, seen them look at clock and us several times even as more ppl were starting to wait at this point, 40 minutes in we decided to leave couldn’t wait any longer and just watch them talk it up I’d take my banking elsewhere
What the enemy meant for bad God turnt it out for my good. He sent Dwan, this location’s manager. Her patience, comprehension and empathy is a joy.
I love banking at this branch. Staff is very helpful.
The mortgate process is trouble. I applied 10/10/21 and was not pre-qualfied a month later. No one called or reached out I always had to contact them. They did try to say they needed documents and I was quick to stop them because that was a lie. With fair credit and good income I was denied after I called them for the 5th or 6th time about the status of my application. (When someone finally look at my application less than an hour they had made a decision.)It is an okay bank but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE MORTGATE PROCESS.
Closed on Sunday’s of course, but I used the ATM. Parking lot was clean . Not sure if the inside is open yet or you still have to use the drive thru
Highly dissatisfied with this branch. My husband who is active military came in yesterday and was going to deposit a check and immediately the teller said it was going to go on hold. His direct deposit goes into our main joint account and also my direct deposit. We also came to deposit a larger amount for $2,500 last month to the other branch at tech center and they didn’t put it on hold. Today I came in to deposit the check again and to see why it was going on a hold. The girl was obviously training about probably didn’t know what she was doing. The girl behind her that was “training her” tried to argue with me about bank policies and procedures. Which I already know because I used to work at a bank before and told her that our direct deposits go into that bank account. The manager is also rude and pretty much laughed when she came out. We don’t overdraft our account and recently opened our 2 kids accounts at this stupid branch. Wish that I did it at tech center because they’re a lot more friendly and I never had any of my checks on hold!!! Stay away from this branch. Take your business elsewhere or actually go to the tech center branch! I don’t need the business to reply to this message. Practice your customer service skills especially if you’re working for people that fight for our country!
Everyone here is dedicated to perform professional, friendly, and supportive services. I have been a member since 2003, and dealt with many banks (business and personal) however this is my favorite location to go to every day and I trust every individual here. Keep up the good spirits and great services!

I absolutely love my bank but this branch has some of the rudest people you would ever meet. On April 26, 2019, at 3:20 I came to this branch to pick up new debit cards. You would think this would be an easy process but Sarah made this day one of the worst days of my life. She was rude from the moment I sat in her chair. She doesn’t have the proper customer service skills to be working at this branch. While I’m talking to her she’s whispering things under her breath. I would never come back to this location. When situations like this happens it makes me want to cancel my entire account with Navy Federal. You should not have someone working at your branch who doesn’t want to be there. This situation should be addressed and not taken lightly.
Mina has amazing customer service!! He helped us today and we were pleased to see how friendly and supportive he was. Thank you!! We had had a very stressful day dealing with other stuff and Mina’s friendly care was perfect.
Went into open a checking account. Apparently you should do all your research before go in because the guy seemed irritated that I didn't know which account to open. He was not helpful and just sat there while we read through the pamphlet of different accounts. He also put his hands over his face and rubbed his head like he was annoyed when we weren't sure which account to open. I used to work at a bank and I've never did anything like that to a customer who wanted to open an account. Obviously, they didn't want our business. His name was Mina! I do not recommend this bank. I'm going to Langley Federal.
