  Out of all the gun/pawn stores in the Tidewater region, Warwick Trading Company is the best. Best costumer service, feels like taking to family when I’m there. Great selection in firearms and the prices are reasonable. I’ve never paid too much for any I’ve purchased. This is my go to gun store

  We came from Virginia Beach to get a firearm. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on the phone the previous day as well as in person. We ended up seeing all the really unique and one of a kind items they carried. My daughter LOVES her rings and necklaces we bought and my husband loved his ammo boxes. I, of course love my gun. We will definitely be back and we’ve already told our friends about it. It was well worth the trip!

  I have been trying to come in and get my ring since the beginning of May! I have been calling and get leave a message because the email is probably full! I come by and no one is there! No notes or information on why you are closed, when you will open back up, no contact information or how we can get our property back! Please give some information to your customers so we can know what’s going on with our property!

  I have been by 3 times in the past 2 in the past 2 weeks to try to fulfill the note on my loan and retrieve my property however every time I have come by they have been closed and it has been within their normal operating hours. I have called multiple times to try to see when i can retrieve my property however there is now answer and it wont let me leave a voicemail.

  I’ve dealt with you guys before but all week I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone. I’ve driven by twice from williamsburg to find they’re not open I’ve called 3 times leaving messages but it says you’re not open, left you a Facebook message, your Facebook doesn’t display any time changes or closings, what is going on? I have had something I needed to get back from you guys but this has been ridiculous not being able to speak to someone.

  Cody is very helpful when it comes to guns and is kind. Des is a sweetheart that knows firearms as well. She looks out for people. These two are the ones that I interact with the most. Will is friendly and accommodating. This is the prettiest and most organized pawn shop I've been to. Pawns are reasonable as well

  When people think of pawn shops a certain stereotype is manifested in the head. Not here though! This shop is huge and full of all kinds of things. The firearms are on one side, the jewelry is displayed so great and all around are interesting and neat stuff. The man in the guns department is extremely knowledgeable! He set me up with the pistol I wanted and I’ll be buying from there again! They have layaway too. The ladies at the shop were very nice, welcoming, and smiley. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kat and she provides the best customer service and conversation. So natural and friendly (not bad looking either) and was extremely knowledgeable about the kind of gaming laptop I’m looking for. If she comes across one she’ll give me a call. What other shop would do that!? I will definitely return to do more shopping and see the new things they put out. Highly recommend going in, you won’t be disappointed!

  I've been trying to pick my items since late may. Calling doesn't work and no reply to any emails plus they looked to either closed they need to update status for customers

  Wonderful experience! First time gun purchaser, I was greeted warmly outside and again once I walked in. The kind gentleman helped me immediately showing me everything I asked to see and he explained in detail the "perks" of each weapon. My purchase was a 9mm semi-automatic. The price was less than I expected to pay. Desiree was the sweet young lady behind the counter that made it all happen. Within minutes, I was on my way to being a legal gun owner! As I was walking out the door, I assured them that I will return! Thank you Warwick Trading Company!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

  Dez & Kat have great customer service and very welcoming! Great price on firearms, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection, and even has ammunition that I’m looking for in stock for a good price. Very good experience!! Definitely will be back.
