  Worst bank in the world!! Don’t Waste your time and money! Tried giving them a second chance and they made it clear they do not want business! Good luck getting a loan cause they do not give them out! Every time I tried they say no! Turn around and bam get approved from USAA for every time!

  I just came in today and Ashley and Marshall was super sweet! They were able to answer all my questions and solve all of my bank issues. I will definitely be going to this branch often.

  Honestly, there was 1 representative I encountered a few weeks ago and I really wanted to leave a review regarding my experience and how they treated me but I chose not to because I try not to do that based on one visit. A couple weeks ago I went into the branch and was pleasantly greeted by Cherise, I was having a bad day but she possessed an aura which was so kind just talking to her calmed me down. She was very professional and also a beautiful person inside as well as her appearance. She was understanding for the reason of my visit and her demeanor was so sincere. In all my visits at NFCU, or any bank, I've never witnessed the customer service she provided to me. God truly lives in her, thank you Cherise, blessings to you and your family and thank you for helping me.

  Had the door closed on my face, and claimed I couldn't be let in to make a much needed emergency withdrawal due to "security reasons" even though their atm machine was malfunctioning.
