  Came here today because I had an issue with my debit card and had to get a new one. Love the energy when I first walked in the door. Was treated amazing customer service is on point!!! Thank you guys!! You never know whose having a bad day and just need that little dose of positive vibes around them to completely change their day!

  I have been with Navy Federal for years! I would not trade my experiences with them for anything. I have never had problems with the staff they are always very professional. They resolve any issues I have had with unauthorized purchases quickly! I would recommend NFCU to everyone;.

  I needed a new checking account immediately within a few minutes after I got off the airplane in El Paso because my home bank was no help whatsoever after hours with a minor issue on my behalf. The staff at this location was quick, sufficient and was able to get me a active checking account with a debit card within 10 minutes as I walked out the door. I was very impressed how they took care of me and didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need and got me out the door within minutes. I thank this branch for saving my vacation when it almost went in ruins because of my hometown bank of Member One Credit Union. Thank you!

  They are great and some comments are absurd and false information. They are mad because they didn't get their ways. NFCU service is great and I've been a member since 1998! Will never change banks or credit unions...heck no way!

  The bank is very unfriendly. When I went to use the ATM outside my money stuck. When I saw an employee stick her head out the door untold about my issues and she never cam back😡. I never got to finish deposit my money💔😡😭. I suggest to people to go to another bank.

  Out of all the navy federal in El Paso I think is the worst customer service. How hard can it be to be courteous and helpful the machine even gives counts them the money.
