  I love Navy Federal Credit Union. I have been a member of many banks, but I can honestly say none can compare with the products and services that Navy Federal Credit Union provides. I've visited numerous branches, and the services were great at each and every branch. The employees were very caring, professional, and knowledgeable in regards to the products they provide. I will be a member for life. A+ Navy Federal, keep up the good work.

  I love Navy Federal! You've never done me wrong since I joined in 2001. Way better than other banks/credit unions... I just cashed in a large jug full of coins with the coin counter.

  The staff who work there do not know anything about loans. They tell you that they will pull credit, but fail to inform you they will be pulling your credit twice until they pulled it the first time. Go get a loan at another bank with a loan officer sitting infront of you and not someone who is clueless!!

  The ATM is not working for me or the long line behind me. The website says the branch opens at 9 am but when you arrive it says 10 am. I know this is not NFCU'S intent, but they are effectively keeping me from accessing my money.

  Navy federal will not cover any fraud claims and will purposely take long periods of time to process said claims will move to collection And representatives are never prepared I recommend Taking out all your money and moving to normal bank.

  I have been with this bank for over 6 years now and plan on staying for life. I have never had any problem with their services or face to face customer service! Thanks you for the great experiences

  Forgot to update on this. Since the last review, They've gotten alot better about how they treat people. I like coming here. And they're very helpful. And remain staying helpful.

  Security Department needs to be a little more secure an d open in their communication. I keep havinG FRAUD issues, for some reason I become the one with "limited access. It is frustrating. I wki ~
