  This is my favorite bank. I've had a great experience with everyone who works there. I have to give a special shout out to Dawn G for going above and beyond to help me out! If you want something done correct and efficient, talk to Dawn. I recommend this bank to everyone, because they have the best customer service.

  First of all, I have to say that Dawn is AWESOME! I went in there to open and account under my LLC and she was very helpful and explained everything to me in details. Every time I have a question or need some assistance with my banking, I immediately email her and responds right away (that's what i call customer service)! Kyle, the branch manager will also be helping me with my PPP loan and guide me through the process. This is a great branch and i'm glad i was able to find it.   My favorite teller is Carol she is amazing and is the reason we have our personal and business accounts with US bank!!!! She goes above and beyond to keep her client's happy and well taken care of!!!! I drive 20 mins from my house just to do my banking with her rather than go to the one 5mins from my house.

  Only bank that does not assist you with writing deposit slips unless and i quote "youre elderly and cant see". Their reasoning is that its not in your writing if a teller does it but thats why banks require you use your bank card and input pin to verift identity. Will never go again. Every other bank will help you. Lazy tellers. Obsolete technology

  Was wondering if US Bank will be adding more Banks in any other grocery stores, besides Albertsons? Or more US BANK Atms.

  They do not work with the public, they can only help you if you have an account with them directly for ANYTHING

  the tellers are not the brightest bulbs
