  I've done plenty of refinances in my past, and I must state that Direct Home lending has made this process the easiest, quickest ever! they provided me with the best rate and deal, and were able to save me tremendously.   DHL works fast, efficiently and they are up front honest. I worked with Raymon and Erika who were both fabulous. If I had questions, they would promptly respond within 30 minutes. I closed my refi in 3 weeks! Overall, I would recommend DHL. Thank you!

  I have done business with DHL for several years and have refereed family and friends because of customer service and rates. However, my last experience was awful. I was purchasing a new $850K home and I submitted all my paperwork. Despite several efforts to follow up, I never heard back. At one point I threatened to kill the deal if I didn't get a response, still no communication. I don't know if they have too much business, but if this the way they treat long customers, I'd stay way. Go with someone else like US Mortgage, that's what I did.

  This team is great! I cannot speak highly enough about the service and deal that Direct Home Lending provided me. In terms of both rate and fees, they were by far the best priced refinance out there. Period. I showed their offer to several other loan officers who all told me "there's no way they can get you that deal!" The fact of the matter is they DID get me that deal and I couldn't be more happy. Erika and Brian worked with me through every step and were always there for me.

  I have refinanced twice with Brian (once to pay off a HELOC in 2019, and once when rates dropped in 2020) and would do so again in a heartbeat.   Was able to lower my interest rate over 3/4 point (refi). Paperwork was kind of brutal but I already knew that having been through the mortgage process numerous times. The loan closed when they said it would and Brian and Jennie were competent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
