I have been a member since 1983. Went in to get a couple of documents notarized and the teller (also a notary) treated my paperwork (amendment to a trust) like trash while reading through trying to find something in it so that she wouldn't have to notarize it. She refused to notarize my wife's and my General Power of Attorney. All this time while being extremely rude.

When you step in you get service right away you may have to wait if you need to talk to a special person but the waiting is only 15 minutes I love Navy Federal this will always be my bank and
