      Located inside Walmart, and by the long-line can’t miss the bank located inside the store entrance. The staff working there lacks provides no respect and courtesy, or customer service for veterans and their families. Be excepted to wait!

      The guy at the front (Michael) is extremely rude. I stood in line for about 5 minutes before he even addressed me. He looked in my face several times & continued to do whatever he was doing on the computer. A lady walked up to the counter & asked him what she needed to do to be seen because he didn’t acknowledge her either. Once he answered her question, he then asked me what I was there for (literally the first thing he said to me.. not hi, hello or how are you), because now he has addressed someone who came up after me & still had not said anything to me yet. Once I answered him, I said to the lady “I guess if you never came over here I wouldn’t have been helped” & she laughed & agreed. He rudely chimed in “I was gone get to you” .. I asked when ? Because I had literally been standing there 5 mins & was the last person standing in the line until the lady came up. He said “when you got right here”, pointing to literally a step ahead of where I had been waiting. He was rude & condescending & didnt address or greet any of the customers that were walking up or waiting. I strongly suggest more training for Michael. This is my neighborhood branch but I’ll be driving further to avoid this hassle & rude location.

      This horrible credit union has crooked members and they refuse to hold them accountable. One of their account holders at the Marrieta at 1785 cobb deposited one of my checks into their account and they refuse to investigate it without being contacted by the irs despite me having the a copy of the cashed check and IRS report. This check was made out to me yet they accepted the check for deposit into another persons account. That’s fraud and against the law! The rude and deceitful banker I spoke to from federal navy tried to blame it on the irs. However the branch is who deposited the check into their account holders account. Despite our names and signatures being totally different.

      Navy Federal is a joke in general, their customer service at the number listed on their website is non-existent. My father recently switched to them from bank of America and after making a checking account and receiving his debit card he went to enroll for online banking through their website only to not be able to because the number they have listed to text to confirm his identity is some weird foreign number neither me nor my dad know and when we call customer service to try and get help no one will speak to us and they either hang up or redirect us back to the automated machine. Today alone we spent over 4 hours constantly getting redirected to different people or back to the automated machine only to finally get to talk to someone for them to tell us to call back during normal business hours and then hang up and this was on their supposed 24/7 customer service number so my question is what the hell is the normal business hours for their 24/7 customer service number.

      Not worth the wait and horriblly bad customer service. I think I'd rather drive an hour to another location than come to this branch.

      Branch is inside a Walmart, very convenient. Went to complete a wire transfer and there was no one to do it on site. An employee give advise that it could be completed on the app as long as it I'd under 5K.Tried and couldn't because it is over $3,500. Went back and show the error on the app. They say I could do it over the phone. A lady from the back came later and said she could do the transfer since they couldn't help me with another matter. If it can be done, why not do it from the beginning? Why tell the public there is no one in the brach that could do it? You don't feel that desire to help members. Being banking with them since 98 and this is the worst service I have received in any branch in all those years.

      It is very encouraging that a Navy Federal is closer to my home. I visited this location back in June and I had no issues. The staff members were very helpful and the line moved pretty quickly. It is to be expected that the lines will be long. However it is important to properly staff this location to eliminate these complaints.

      Went into this location on a Saturday. It was busy which was fine however the wait time was ridiculous almost 2 hours. When they were finally able to help me the girl had an attitude and was extremely rude. I loved that they open this location near my home however I rather take the drive to Kennesaw where the staff is more friendly and inviting.
