  I’m sorry but, how on earth is this bank mainly for Armed Forces but the banks close 30 minutes after 50% of us are released from work??? I don’t get it. Literally the most INCONVENIENT hours of business.

  Great bank and location. Just had an issue with one of the representatives. I had lost my debit card and after having searching frantically for it returned the bank hoping I had simply left it there since I was there earlier, I had arrived right at closing time and as I was walking up the door was being closed. I walked up to ask if they had found it and soon as the lady (Cynthia) saw me she rushed to close the doors faster. I understand closing time is closing time however the situation could’ve been handled a bit differently.

  Many thanks to Emely for her help in going through the documentation that was emailed to me for a home equity loan. She patiently, politely, and professionally, printed all documents. After we signed the necessary forms, she faxed the documents to our loan officer. Emely is an OUTSTANDING employee!

  Probably the worst Navy Fed I've ever been too. You ask for help and they always tell you to check back in later. I've been asking them to take action on a fraud claim I have made 2 months ago, and nothing has been done. After a month and a half, they told me no such claim was even made and I had to restart the process all over again. I just wanna say, Navy Fed is probably the worst bank in America, and I wouldn't recommend them to no one.

  Love NFCU..GREAT SERVICE..usally in & out. Sometimes its alittle slow. But they get it done for you.

  This is purely because they do not list the phone numbers to branches. You have to call the 888 number, put in account info and the call for you. No direct line of communication to a branch, without going in.

  They are open until 4:00pm on Saturday. Nice new branch, and very helpful staff.
