  Service is way too slow. Waited an hour for something that took 20 minutes. Cross train your employees for better service. There were at least 2 other employees just sitting in their office who could have helped customers waiting for something other than teller services. My assumption is that they were only able to provide the service they were trained for. When your bank is busy, it should be all hands on deck. Won’t be doing business with you guys much longer if this keeps happening.

  They were very efficient in setting up my new accounts, all of them seem very knowledgeable and proficient. We were in and out in about 20 min at most and that was with someone in front of us. It was so much easier and quicker going in person to set up latest accounts than it was to set up one of the accounts over the phone/online.

  Loleta Manager Gave me & My Elderly Auntie the most unwelcoming look this Afternoon as We walked into the Bank No Greeting No Smile maybe this was because she had to stop giggling with her coworker but either way she was Just rude and refused to help us after we was directed to go to our nearest branch with ID and Paystub to proceed with a new account I’v been banking with these ppl for over 10yrs now and felt very comfortable telling people to open an account with them but this is like the 3rd time Ms.Loleta has been disrespectful and rude which is why I recommend ppl to just go to Skibo location until this lady receive some classes in customer service and retail Loleta is just very mean Black Lady with Very Poor customer service skills how dare Yal make her a manager than when I asked for someone to speak to above her and her response was I am the person higher up like seriously lady I’m black as well so no I’m not worried about skin color I’m Concerned about her Nasty Attitude overall disrespectful and wouldn’t allow my Auntie to finish her question it’s sad I’m Upset that I had to put give a star because she doesn’t deserve such

  Very professional bank tellers but the service is just way to slow. For Fayetteville to only have 2 locations and they service an installation as large as Fort Bragg I’d imagined that there would always be a lot of tellers available and it is not. The bank is normally full and the environment is calm, but the wait time in line is always slow.

  This is wonderful place to bank. The tellers and representatives are so informative and helpful. The customer service is excellent. I have never had any major problems. Would recommend NFCU to everyone. Thankful to be a member.

  I would trust my money with the local drug dealer than have to deal with this credit union ever again. They used to be good but they sure have went downhill and fast.

  GREAT SERVICE!! Even thou she couldn’t help us initially, she called the person that could which then allowed her to help us. Verse the Navy Federal off of Skibo who just turned us away. Thank you Michelle!!

  I love NFCU but receptionist did not crack a smile. Glad they have a drive thru ATM. It is an inconvenient parking lot to get out of.
