  Outstanding experience! As a busy couple, we were impressed by how easy Kim made the process for us. She took an insane amount of stress and involvement time out of the process. I don’t know how anyone could have made the process any more convenient and with less stress. Amazing experience.

  Everyone who I worked with during the entire process was amazing. Anytime I had a question and I texted, called, or emailed, they always responded in a timely manner. Best part is that I didn’t have to meet anyone in person!

  Kim was excellent! She and her assistants (Mischell and Robin) were super helpful, readily available, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. It was our first time buying a home and they made the whole process incredibly easy!

  I would have given 3.5 stars but half isn’t an option. Overall the experience was okay; Kim was polite for the most part. The experience started out well. I stated I was a first time home buyer and wanted to be informed throughout the process and needed explanations as I wasn’t familiar with buying a home. Some information was provided but information was withheld as well. I felt that she should have been completely honest with her actions and she wasn’t so that bothered me. She stated they’d match the rate the other lender provided, yet she didn’t say they would charge me for it. I didn’t know until I received the loan estimate that I was being charged for it and of course you don’t know what you don’t know so I didn’t know to ask that question. I was supposed to get my earnest money back but after they matched the rate that wasn’t happening anymore either which was never stated found that out from the loan estimate as well. They say they don’t charge origination fees but they word it differently so they really do. I would’ve been okay with all this if she was honest. Then once she caught an attitude because I was asking questions can’t be mad that I’m trying to make sure no more BS goes down... she ended up getting me my earnest money back so that was good... again overall it was an okay experience...

  Kim was the best. It was the easiest process that that we have experienced getting financing. She was awesome at keeping us informed and walking us through every step of the process. I highly recommended her and will use her again in the future.

  Very easy to get in contact with. If for whatever reason she is unable to answer the phone, either Kim or someone from her team will follow up very quickly. She also takes her time to review and explain everything properly. No question is a “stupid” question to her. Also, she made sure that we were able to get the lowest rate on our loan that was possible.
