  Outstanding customer service. The manager was more than helpful! I purchase a gaming laptop and he told that if it wasn't what I needed I could bring it back and get a full refund. I really recommend everyone to shop here!

  Shoutout to Jerome for always helping out the most. All the staff is courteous and helpful which is super difficult to find in a pawn shop. First visit and I was instantly treated like I had been a customer for years. The only pawn shop I will even set foot in.

  I have been conducting business with this store for over 7 years and their hospitality as well as merchandise is by far the best that I have ever seen at any. Jerome has become my one stop sales clerk with a great knowledge of the stores merchandise. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

  I walked in almost at closing time (I know I suck) and Jerome was happy to help me get the headphones I needed for my Xbox. He was very nice and everything was quick and easy. Thank you Jerome and Cross Creek Pawn!!

  I loved it. Came in for two things and yet they didn't have the ps4 I wanted they had a tv I was looking for. Jerome was the one who helped me through everything and also with my son getting his Nintendo 3ds with case and game. He HOOKED us up with everything we got and for a really good price. Not to expensive at all! Close to home so I know where I'll be coming. Thank you Jerome !

  Changed my perspective of pawn shops changed after doing business here. Lively staff, great service, prices and merchandise. I wouldnt be suprised if they had a television show soon, overall great experience. Refuse by all means to take my business elsewhere. CROSS CREEK PAWN ROCKS!
