  24/7/365 Can get a real live person on the phone for anything you need. I love this CU. The people in the branch are friendly and polite. Very easy to do business with.

  I have had multiple vehicle loans, a credit card & other accounts with NFCU. I called at 1am on a Sunday for a vehicle loan & was approved over the phone in 20 minutes. I have been a member at NFCU for 4 years & have never had an issue. Honestly, one of the most reliable credit unions I have dealt with.

  I have been with NFCU since 1981 when I was in the Navy stationed in San Diego. They have always provided excellent service and loans for autos whenever I asked for them. I will stay with them until my dying breath. (a long time away I hope)

  My girlfriend has been banking with nfcu since I met her. We have traveled all around the world and this is the first nfcu location that is so rude and put the money on the counter instead of your hand. That is RUDEE. THEY need to learn how to be respectful to the customers that are paying their checks .

  The lobby is closed on a Saturday and no dispersal from the drive thru for loan checks, with no reasoning provided whatsoever after we sat in the drive thru line for almost half an hour.

  I've banked with navy federal for over 15 years I've never had a problem with them (major that is) and if ever I did have an issue its always something that was easily fixed,

  I love the service here. It's not my primary bank, but it is nice to have a bank with a local branch to visit when I need to. Their loans are top notch!
