  Buying your home is the biggest asset you’ll most likely ever buy. With knowing that, you want to be absolutely sure that the people who are helping you through the process are knowledgeable and make the process as pain free as possible. Michael Floren is not like your average loan officer who half pays attention to what’s in front of him and has you paying for mistakes later. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely proactive about every step involved. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past, the worst one being when your loan officer won’t even get back to you within the same day, let alone, a few days. 9/10 times, Michael answers or responds immediately. That 1/10 times is cause he’s being attentive with someone else and still finds the time to let me know he is currently busy and will call me back right after. I’m never left hanging. And can we talk about how cheap his loans are?! Everyone owes it to themselves to compare this company’s loans with everyone else and you’ll see for yourself how dramatically cheaper it is with this company. My review would mean nothing otherwise. I hope those who are unsure who to use, do indeed read this, cause I specifically make this review for you!

  What a great experience! I would recommend Mike (and already have) to anyone looking for quick & efficient help. Not only was this a relatively quick experience but it was as easy as home buying gets. Low Cost Mortgage was able to get me in the home of my dreams. Now I can see why everyone rates Low Cost Mortgage 5/5 stars. Without a doubt, I will be getting my next mortgage through them. Thank you to my realtor, Alissa Madrigal for the suggestion to go with Low Cost Mortgage.

  Mike and the rest of his team were amazing. I could call any time with questions and Mike was able to explain everything and was very informative. I definitely recommend them. They also saved me a lot on closing costs and worked with me to figure out the best options for my mortgage.

  Low Cost Mortgage is amazing hands down!!!!!!!!!!! I have purchased many homes in the past but no organization, customer service, or rates, come close to what they offered. From the first time speaking with Mike, it was extremely apparent that he not only cares, but he really wanted to do the best for the customer. Mike is a prior service member that empowers other service men and women throughout his organization and out. He and his organization speak with you at a level that is very easy to understand and provides you with multiple options to fit your situation. If you are looking for a company or people that really have your best interests in mind; look no further!!!!! This organization should be your first and last choice every time!!!!!! Thank you LCM for being so awesome.

  Mike and his team are awesome!! I had been given the opportunity to purchase the house I had been renting and before finding LCM, I had tried with a few other lenders which became time wasted. Because I was renting and also the housing market was crazy, I was running out of time to purchase and things weren't looking to good. Luckily I found LCM and Mike did not disappoint. He was very hands on and willing to answer any questions, even at night and on weekends which was great as it was hard for me to get time on weekdays due to work. I can honestly say that Mike goes above and beyond and he got the job done with no BS. Highly, highly recommend Low Cost Mortgage!!!

  Where do I begin to rate Low Cost Mortgage Loans. This is by far the best place I have used to get a mortgage loan. I'm an amateur real estate investor, with still a lot to learn, but it's not the first time I apply for an investment property mortgage loan, but it is the best experience I have received so far. From staying on the phone with me the first time I called to get a quick pre approval from Mike, through the loan process and the service Steve provided, this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had. To put things into perspective, I was not approved by another lender my realtor recommended, but with Mike and his team, I was approved with no issues. This really showed me that experience plays such a big role with the lender the buyer is going with. I could have easily walked away and thought that no lender would approve me, because that's what I was told, in fact I was told no Freddie mac or Fannie mae lender would approve me, and that I might need to look into a hard money loan. So let me repeat, Mike and his team were able to approve me without any sneaky fees or any extra down payment of what I was already planning to put down. I'm so thankful I called Mike for this mortgage loan, I would not have closed on this property had I not called him. I definitely recommend Mike and his team at low cost mortgage for any mortgage needs you might have. I look forward to working with them again, and I already have people from my workplace calling them on my recommendation. Thanks guys for all your work. Albert

  Mike and Steve were amazing through the entire process! Highly recommend! When our appraisal came back too low to purchase on the original house we wanted, they were able to help us close on our dream home in less than 3 weeks! Everything worked out perfectly. Easiest closing I’ve ever had!

  Low Cost Mortgage Loans was awesome to work with! From Michael Floren who got us kicked off and moving to Christa Nadeau who walk us through the process, answered every question we could think of and more! These are serious loan officers who are looking out for your best interest. Michael actually told me to hold off for about 4 months until rates were at their very best for us and then Christa locked us in. They could have gone for the quick buck at a higher rate, but they showed true customer obsession!
