      Had to stop in for a new debit card during my lunch break. The staff was professional and friendly! They had me in and out of there within 5 minutes, I couldn't appreciate them more for that! This branch was also super clean and practiced proper covid protocol.

      After reading the reviews I see this location is not the best one to go to and is still in need of some replacement or training sessions. But most of the time over the phone the call centers have had a better encounter with working with you vs face to face but that’s not always true because it is still some good bankers inside of the bank but may not be available at the time you are needing them. Depending on your schedule and time you may want to request someone else to help you. I have had only two bad experiences so far one over the phone from a CallCenter and a greeter or receptionist. I have banked with them for years

      Remarkably inconvenient. Lobby is open, then closed, then open with no rhyme or reason, the ATM is shut down half the time and the drive thru lanes take about 10-15 minutes per transaction. Just an absolute model of inefficiency. Do your banking elsewhere.

      Absolutely terrible service. A simple wire transfer was needed, 2+ hour wait in a phone queue, no response from their 'secure message' and no branches able to complete the transfer. They have been a great bank for years, but I have never needed to contact them until now and it was nearly impossible to get this transfer completed.

      With the current pandemic going on I understand that certain precautions must be taken to keep everyone safe. However, certain services require you to go inside of the branch. From the way my husband and I were greeted to our interaction with the teller was just unacceptable. We both had questions regarding our joint account but due to their new policy, of having one party wait outside and the other speaks with the representative, we left with more questions than answers. I have always experienced great customer service with Navy Federal but this visit was underwhelming..

      Googled the hours for Saturday lobby hours. It clearly says 9-1 on Saturday. Got there at 1030 to locked doors. Went through drive through to ask about the hours. Was told "if you walk up to the door there is a paper that explains the modified hours". I asked why it's not fixed online as coming all the way here to find out the modified hours is an inconvenience. Was told "if you had googled it you would have seen it" with a sarcastic tone. I did google it. That's how I saw the hours of 9-1...completely unprofessional and rude.

      The company in general is poorly managed most likely from lack of leadership and ignorance. NFCU is severely behind in regards to online banking. NFCU understaffed and unbelievably unhelpful. NFCU may have the cheapest mortgage rates, but it’s more than worth it to pay a half a point more and go with a competent bank. I regret using them for the biggest purchase of my life. Use another bank!

      Rates aren't competitive, service is mediocre at best, and the online systems are terribly antiquated. There really is no value in membership for the discerning customer.

      Been with navy federal for quite a time. I have never had a good experience from any branch. They won’t take a money order. Venessa, not very friendly.

      The representative I worked with was very unwelcoming. She was very happy and talkative with her previous customers but when I came up her demeanor changed. I am not sure what about me made her suddenly unfriendly, but I did not feel welcomed by her, and when I couldn’t find my ID in my purse, she didn’t even look at me. She just typed on her computer and said “come back when you find it” and kept typing on her computer. She made me feel like I was way less important than the other people she talks to.
