  Excellent branch! They go out of there way to take care of their customers! I have my personal and business accounts with Navy Federal and its been very beneficial. They don't charge you monthly fees like Bank of America!

  I bought two rolls of quarters for laundry at this branch and each roll was short one quarter. One was, there was a penny there instead of fourth quarter, the other just short one quarter. I always buy rolls frm the bank and have never thought to count until I got the one with penny. This was after hrs, I did laundry so I had to call and get to supervisor to get resolved. I would think the banks would have better protocol, weight machines for this, to be scammed and passing on the scams to customers, but I appreciate the diligence in it being able to be resolved without me having to go out of my way to go bck to the bank to resolve it. I guess just count your change at the bank too

  Horrible service the ATM Crashes non stop running Windows 7 which Microsoft stopped supporting 11 yes ELEVEN years ago. Was out 300 bucks for a week no compensation or even an spilt🤬

  These guys were awesome even during COVID times. I’ve been with Navy Federal for over a decade and they’ve always treated me right. After being scammed and fraud on my card, I came in this branch in the last hour on a Friday and sure enough I walked out 5 mins later with a new debit card.

  Always great service... No complaints other then the who waiting to post my VA checks. It's a tease when you see a pending post that the VA posted it to my account, but I can't get access until the day before the 1st of the month. Not sure if that is the US treasury holding it or what?

  Hands down best bank I have ever been to. Never have to wait, always great service, and they treat you like a person. People here remember your name, always have a smile, and never fail to go the extra mile! Myles is my favorite, he has really help my wife and I out with setting up a business account as well as a few other accounts. Awesome job!

  By far, the worst branch of NFCU. Starts at the managment level down. Been a member for over 27 years...this credit union has hit rock bottom. Go elsewhere to receive any kind of customer service. SDCCU or MFCU.

  Navy Federal Credit Union is a place I feel I get my money's worth. They rarely charge for anything at all and the service at this bank is stellar. This branch is a great location.
