Get a pre-underwritten loan from RWM to shop around with and have Sohala in your corner. During the craziest time in real estate, March-April 2021, we secured our first home after 3 offers. No joke. Why? We had an amazing team and one key player was Sohala. She goes above and beyond for you. She called the listing agent every day to build a relationship and to let them know we were solid and she was solid. She found us the best rate and explained to us her world and guided us on late night phone calls. She is rapid response and always communicating with you.   This is the second time that we are working with Sohala Pacetti, for RWM Home Loans. The first time, she helped us purchase our house. This time, we are refinancing. Both experience have been excellent. The first time around, when we purchased the home, she secured an additional 0.125% lower interest rate. The same story happened during refinance. Sohala is very knowledgable about the subject matter. Answered all our questions with details and specifics. Flexible and easy to work with. Always responsive. Great experience.

  We HIGHLY recommend Mark Nokes for mortgage loans. He's not only super knowledgeable (30+ years of experience), but he was there to walk us through every detail from the beginning to the close of our loan.   Sohala is simply remarkable! My refinance was right in the middle of the COVID Pandemic and to say guidelines were difficult this time around, would be a huge understatement. Being a business owner, my time is limited to do certain thing other than running my business. Our loan needed a truly professional touch by someone skilled like Sohala.   Randy was beyond easy to work with. He truly CARED about not only my wants and needs in obtaining a home but what was going on in my life during the process. I developed a friendship with him and enjoyed my conversations with him. He went above and beyond to make the mortgage process as painless as possible.   Sohala has exceeded my expectations as my loan officer in every step of the process. Her exceptional level of professionalism has shone forth in all stages of obtaining my information, interacting with me and different brokers, as well as in sealing the deal and getting me an outstanding rate. Sohala is tireless, she made me feel like my account was more important than anything else in her life. She was clear and realistic and let me know what to expect. While I’m pleased with all that she has done, what impressed me the most was her exceptional level of communication. She kept me informed and aware on the status of my loan, especially when she knew I was concerned. On multiple occasions, I would reach out to her and she would always respond promptly and with the information I needed. I would recommend Sohala to everyone!

  We started the process of buying our first home with another lender and met Sohala along the way. I'm so glad we decided to switch--Sohala is on TOP of it! She was able to get us a much lower rate than the first lender (they tried to match and couldn't), saving us close to $150/mo. Plus, she had the foresight and experience to know what parts of our application might be triggers for the underwriter, and was prepared to address any concerns before they came up so that our loan approval moved along smoothly. Sohala has wonderful work ethic, and I have to admit that I felt guilty from time to time about my phone calls/emails to her in the evenings and on weekends. However, she always made time to respond and did so quickly. I highly recommend Sohala to anyone buying a house or refinancing.

  This is probably the 2nd review I've ever left for anyone but Randy definitely deserves it. He got me a great rate (better than my regular bank NFCU) and was so helpful to a first time home buyer using the VA loan. Angela Martinez the Mortgage Banker who works hand and hand with Randy was also so amazing and responsive. My wife and I had a million questions and both were quick to respond no matter the time of day, We couldn't be any happier with the outcome and how helpful the team was!

  I'm convinced there is no one more passionate about the details of lending that Sohala. We never had a doubt that she was keeping us fully informed and advising us based on the best available information as well as her experience.
