  Bruce and his team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and followed up on a timely basis. They were always willing to take the time to explain what was needed and why it was needed….and also how/where to go to get the needed back-up documents. Using the NMBNow online portal made the document collection easier and smoother…and more secure. They were also able to accommodate us when we requested to move our closing earlier. I would highly recommend Bruce Laukaitis and his Nationwide team.
