  Matt is always very professional and comes at his business with a “customer first” mentality, and it shows! He made sure we were informed with what was happening with our loan at all times and was there, day and night, to answer any questions we had. I would recommend anyone to use Matt!

Matt is always available, repsonsive and willing to help clients with a preapproval. Matt is more than just a mortgage guy... he goes above and beyond to explain the process to clients. He takes the time to answer each and every question they have. He makes sure they are comfortable with their monthly loan payment, rather then force them into a loan they can just barely afford. He is the person I know I can trust to work with my clients, as he will act as an extension of my business philosophies, he cares and treats clients like family. This is extremely important to me. Matt is there every step of the way, from the first call to the closing table.

  I can’t express how much grateful and thankful I am towards Mathew Ziegert and Cristie Guess at Cardinal Financial. They are truly the best there is in this industry. Not only do they deliver on a promise, but they try to do it as fast as possible. Being able to close before hand feels incredible, they work with you as friend and not as a commission, and any questions you have they answer immediately. I was previously working with a well known Bank and 4 weeks before closing I switched with Cardinal Financial and managed to get everything in a matter of 3 weeks. For those of you who thinks getting an FHA loan means longer closing it’s a lie you CAN close in 30 days. Highly Recommend them.
