  Want to waste hours of your time fixing problems Chase bank creates? Call Ms Betsey Roos. Even though you just opened your 3d account with these peoole and they know you - don't expect considerate or personable assistance - or in fact any pretense to even care about the problems they create with their screwed up website, failure to communicate and inappropriate interference in your personal business. In fact Ms Roos will tell you unequivocally to take your money elsewhere if you don't like it. Who do these people think they are? Are they the rudest people in the world or just spectacularly obtuse? Im done. Moving my 3 accounts to a bank that appreciates my business and treats my money like it is, in fact, my money. Goodbye Chasebank.

  Went there to open accounts and was turned away. Staff was very short and unprofessional. I decided to go to another bank who was happy to open 2 new accounts for me. I'll never go back to Chase Sparta ever again. They treated me like they could care less about business development. Please Chase, get some new staff at Chase Sparta!

  Terrible experience, after 3 weeks of run around, the manager collected the $250 fees first then delivered an empty safe deposit box with no contents knowing the contents were sent to Trenton from the beginning. Very tricky , never trust her.

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.. not only was my time wasted, but the lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism by the “manager” is scary, to think she’s advising people financially is a very scary thought.

  Staff is great. But no atm inside. Super inconvenient if you are not a chase customer. In short its super inconvenient do to anything because of chase regulations. Switched to Lakeland bank. No headaches there.
