  From the very beginning to closing, Scott was very responsive and patient all the way. Always worked, sometimes on the weekends, sometimes in the middle of the night! Not only did he give us the best rate, he was also able to close on time as promised. It was not an easy process getting a multi-family loan but he worked hard and delivered!! Thumbs up here, would recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  Ozzie and his staff are wonderful. Before offering us a mortgage, he first spoke to me and my husband to find out what are needs are. Ozzie and his staff walked us through the whole process and kept us posted every step of the way. I am so happy my girlfriend recommended him.

  I had a wonderful experience getting a reverse mortgage with Nationwide. I was referred by a friend who had used Nationwide and gave them a call when my husband passed away. They helped through the process and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured like some other companies I spoke to. They also made it extremely easy because I didn't have to leave my house at all.   I couldn't say enough great things about Nationwide Equities! They helped my husband and I with our first mortgage after we went through a NIGHTMARE with another mortgage company in the area. I wish I found them first! Everyone was so nice and attentive. I was able to speak to someone right away when I had a question AND the turn around time was so fast. They got the loan done in less than a month, when the other mortgage company I used (I won't say their name) had my file for FIVE MONTHS! If you are looking for a mortgage done the right way - GO TO NATIONWIDE EQUITIES!! THANK YOU!!!
