  I was a little hesitant when I began the process. My wife was interested, but I was not. Jesse Lirette was my contact and he provided me the original information I requested. I did research other companies and was interested in two others that I felt were legitimate, but decided to proceed cautiously with Longbridge. I was concerned about a few of the horror stories you hear. Every question that I asked of Jesse was answered and at no time did I feel pressured. Every step was answered before proceeding. The more I continued the more I became confident in Jesse and Longbridge. The process continued smoothly from beginning to end. Jesse was available at all times. He would email me and answer my calls. The faster he responded the more I believed that I made the right decision. I believe that from beginning to end, everything was done within 45 days. I was told it could be done in 60 days. I was not so much interested in rushing the process as much as seeing if Jesse and Longbridge were able to meet their commitment. It has been approximately 2 months since we closed on the reverse mortgage and both my wife and myself are very happy with both our decision to to do the reverse mortgage with Longbridge and especially having Jesse Lirette as out professional handling our account.   for the last 6 months i have tried to settle a$900. roofer account and your people have delayed payment with excuses after excuses. It seems they don't know the difference between Estimate and Paid in Full. They have constantly asked for information that " Wildlife an Advantag. Const. have sent but you have continually made checks to the wrong vender. It seems that your people have no idea what they are doing.I have made various phone calls (6) along with my Reverse Loan manager and have yet to have the situation resolved. I pay my bills and don't want a bad credit rating. Advantage const. has been wanting their money.

  Karon Gehman worked with us on our reverse mortgage. Speaking with her on the phone was a delight. We absolutely loved doing business with her. She is pleasant, professional and told us we could get to closing in 60 days, and we achieved that goal. We love Longbridge Financial and their staff and would recommend them to anyone.

  I made the correct choice by selecting Longbridge Financial, LLC to do the reverse mortgage on my home. Mr. Jesse Lirette was perfect. He always proceeded forth at my slower pace without making me feel uncomfortable about it. He was always available to respond to any questions, concerns or special needs. If you want to do a reverse mortgage on your home, go to Longbridge Financial.

  Getting to talk to anyone is very difficult if not impossible 8-23-2021 Got a phone call this AM from a higher up in Longbridge after they saw my previous review. To be fair I had been trying to contact my loan officer since 8-13-21 without success; very unlike him. We I did manage to find out that he has been very sick and out of the office. All of his calls and emails were supposed to be redirected but not all were, including mine. So Robert at Longbridge gave his personal cell so I could talk to him if I couldn't talk to my loan officer. And they are correcting the problem of the emails and calls not being redirected to him. 8-24-21
