  Absolutely terrible. Went to this place in a pinch. Explained to them I had a limited amount of money to spend. They gave their word that all their cars were "A-1". So I purchased and Grand Prix that lasted about 3 months and turned out to be a lemon. They claim all the cars are gone through and any issues are repaired. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible for lack of better words.

  I needed a running vehicle and chose First Choice Auto Finance. I found a van that I fell in love with. It did sadly get repossessed due to my insurance company not sending them the information and I forgot to call and give it to them. They where awesome with deducting the price and working with payments so I can get it back and on the road for work. Well my van broke down and I had called and told them that it was in an impound lot in the city I had it towed too. I have answered as many calls for them as possible. Today was my only day that I was able to answer my phone or call them back during business hours. As I am restricted to no phone calls. I told the lady I was eating and do not answer my phone while I eat. She told me that me talking to her was more important that eating. I do not think so and yes I yelled and cussed her out. You do not tell a person with diabetes that a car payment on are car that does not run is more important than the food they need to keep them healthy you just don't. Further more my days start at 6am and do not end until 9pm which is when I get home. That is outside of business hours. I was also accused of answering my phone and not saying anything then hanging up but I have my call record from all the calls I have answered or missed from them. And that includes the day that I answered for almost 2 minutes saying hello, after no response I hung up. I love how they like to tell you what you do and what is important or not. I am not saying do not go here just saying be prepared of what can happen. And keep in mind this is over late payments because when my van broke down I lost my main job and waiting on my new income to start.

However, you had left the vehicle in a construction lot, in between two bulldozers, and in a different city. During these kind of situations, it is ideal to keep communication, so that way the situation can be taken care of promptly, and correctly. The vehicle was in a very dangerous location, and was in harms way. Our main concern was to get the vehicle back safely, so we could help you during this time. Thank you.

  I will never go back there for a car my tax and title was due told him I was in the hospital they called every day for 6 days when I came home I took them most of the money and was called a lair on when I got paid never again. I didn't even pick my car out Ahmed did said there was nothing wrong with it,it needed struts and shocks, heater core, stabliTrak system my car could have shut down when driving it and caused an accident. Then what it needed a 1400.00 worth the work but there was nothing wrong with it.u told Vanessa to come get my car on the first when u know I don't get paid until the 3rd I told u I would be in on the 3rd and Vanessa said u told her the first I can't pay for something if I don't have the money cuz I got paid on the 3rd.u must have needed the money awfully bad to come get my car 2 day before we agreed upon.we have bought sever card from u and never had a problem and now all kinds of problems.

  Unforunately we worked with you to the best of our ability we gave you several extensions and on our last attempt to receive payment you told us to pick up the vehicle and now suddenly a month later all these things are wrong with the vehicle. We can only work with you so much before we have to take action. In the past we have sold you several cars and you know very well we take care of you.

  My first and best place to buy a car from. The customer service is amazing.They treat return customers like family. Definitely the best place in Toledo for quality preowned vehicles. Wide selection to choose from and always new inventoty

  I really enjoyed my experience here. The customer service is great and I have an affordable car that runs great. I had a couple of bad experiences at other places so I'm glad I found a place that works well with me.

  DONT GO THERE,, they made me pay extra for Maintenance but don't change oil. put the wrong batter in the SUV that could caught fire... and now wont let me get my belongings out... I was a month late charged me 600, plus 100 for tow fees and 75 for late fees..... all they do is scam people. about to file thief charges against them asap......

  As soon as we found out the battery was wrong we did replace it, free. With an account being two months behind in payment we had no choice but to repossess. We made many attempts to reach you regarding your account.

  First choice auto is the best place to get used cars. The used cars drive just like new cars that are fresh off the lot and the people inside that take the payments are really cool too shop there if your looking for affordable car

  I was in need of a car and my credit is horrible. Salesmen Brian helped me out so much. He let me put 700$ downpayment and drive away without even mentioning my credit or job!! Love this place! 💖💖💖💖
