  My wife and I absolutely love getting Alyssa as our teller. No offense to any other worker, but she is our favorite. She is awesome, polite and quick! We appreciate her service very much. We have banked at this location for more than 10 years and we've had our best experiences with her. Thanks Alyssa we appreciate you so much!

  Used to love them. Customer service went down the drain (not this particular branch, this was actually one of my favorites, the company as a whole has been awful lately) you would think they would have some heart with covid effecting everyone how it has. Stay away from this credit union.

  Worst bank over ever had. Doesnt post transactions on time. Pulls the money days later. Throws your account negative just to hit you with fees. Says theres issues with places like Venmo, but you can get your money instantly through cash app. It doesnt make sense to me when their all the same. I've had money come up missing and things never adding up. Closed my account and will never be back.

  If u need a transaction plan on waiting a hour smh if ur going to shut down inside banking at least find a way to move drive thru along faster! Line all the way to the street and 15-20 mins to get every single car taken care of.🤬

  Lady in drive thru wouldn't accept my wife's ID at the Dustin Rd location. So we went to the Perrysburg and they did accept. They were polite and helpful. Oregon branch was rude and unhelpful

  There system goes down ( system outage) a lot causing their customers to not be able to use their debit/credit cards or get to their money. MAJOR issue that I have witnessed MANY times. Its a good bank if you plan on NOT spending your money.

  this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

  What can I say.... It’s a bank that holds your money. The plus I will say is that they do not charge you a monthly fee for not having X amount in your account.

  Used my money to close my account because I wasn't using account regularly..... What kind of business practice is that? They stole $55 from my family. Don't use these thief's!

  Never banked here before... have a vehicle loan here and will never bank here after it is paid. Horrible customer service and the ladies are less then pleasant to deal with. 👎🏽
