  My loan officer, Hal Timinsky, was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I started the refinance of our home in April, I had already tried to refinance through a different loan officer in February before it fell through. So, I was already on edge when I started working with Hal. He pulled me through the entire process and kept me grounded. Before we knew it, my wife and I were signing in just seven weeks and two days from the date of the application. Hal was spot on and returned my requests in a timely matter.
