      Very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this company. Was told I would get a call back the next day. That never happened. Then finally was able to schedule an appointment. The representative never showed up for the appointment. Only received a bunch of of excuses for not calling me back and for missing my appointment. Normally I don't write reviews, but the way Nations Lending treated me, made be feel like they deserve one.

      Service was terrible. Still waiting for a call back from the loan officer. Just keep hearing, "Can't take your call right now, leave a message and I will call you back ". Loan officer doesn't call back. Not professional at all.

      I cannot speak highly enough of Laura Fournier and her team . I first met her in 2019 and she handled my home purchase. She handled everything on a timely schedule and kept me up to date throughout the process. I refinanced that same house in January of 2021, and Laura delivered the same high quality, timely, and informed service.
