  I’ve only been here twice and the reason why is because the first time was such an hassle that I never wanted to go back. A few months later, I decided to try making a transaction. same staff same issues. I waited for over an hour, the staff is incredibly rude. They only have 1 teller working and the managers walk around and watch customers wait. I have never had such a bad experience at a bank in my life. The manager seems to go above and beyond to keep you from easily doing a transaction. Terrible branch.

  Is there a zero star option? I went in for a quick deposit, but there was no teller available. 2-3 customers in front of me and seemed they've been waiting for about 5-10 minutes. There may be situations like this, but the part I really don't understand is where are the back-up employees? Please manage employees and coordinate, so customers don't have to stand in front of empty counters.

  Horrible service at this branch. Manager Margie Alstein is horrible and has an attitude. My company banks in 4 other banks, and this branch puts a very bad reputation to the Bank of America name. As an owner of a company I would NOT want anyone with such a horrible attitude to be working in customer service related environment. Due to horrible employees my company stopped doing transactions through Bank of America, and are urging our employees and customers to utilize other banks. I really hope that Bank of American straightens out this branch. RomanG - Columbia MD.

  Friendly but randomly effective/competent. One special needs (eg., biz set-up or card replacement) was excellent. Other was new and manager was very hovering and everything went r-e-a-l-l-y s-l-o-w-l-y. No one answers phone. Often have to wait on teller even if no line if you go inside. Highly disappointing as it's our neighborhood bank.

  Only went in this branch once but the wait was extremely long. I had to cash a $93 check and the clerk (who wasn't friendly or pleasant) kept going to the back as if the check had issues. She kept looking it over like it was fraud. Oh and I did I mention the check was drawn on Bank of America?? Never going back if I don't have to.

  This is my first and last time at this location. There are only 2 tellers with NO SENSE of urgency. The lines is so long. I've been in line for an unusual amount of time just to cash a check. Beware of this branch, unless you want to spend your whole morning in line

  I have been to this location multiple times and experience mostly the same every time. The only reason I return to this location is it’s closest to me. Staff is generally welcoming it’s their lack of their own banking rules, the pace they work, and parking situation makes this place my least favorite BoA. Best BoA so far is the one on Old Dobin.

  Today is September 7th on a Friday at 4:48p.m. the line is to the door and there is only one bank teller behind the counter. This is ridiculous!!! They have people walking around just saying welcome to bank of America instead of helping the teller with the customers. This store is a failure the management should be ashamed of themselves and I know they do not care.

  This is the worse Bank of American Branch I have ever been at before. He customer service it terrible. If I didn’t like BOA so much u wound change banks because of this branch. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! The branch at Dobbin Center is much better.

  Don’t bother coming here. All tellers are useless if the manager is incompetent and rude and discriminatory. Won’t bother going into detail here.. just going straight to corporate. The Burger King that used to be here was much better than this waste of a branch.
