  I wish I had the option to leave 10 stars for Al Soumah. My experience with Al was awesome! When I first started the home buying process, I was nervous and did not think I would be approved a home loan. Prior to working with Al, I spoke to three different loan officers and started feeling discouraged about purchasing a home. The first time I spoke to Al, I felt as if we was eager to assist me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and motivated me to complete the process. Al kept me updated with valuable information regarding the loan. I started the process in June and closed in November. Being a first time homebuyer, it is imperative that you have a realtor and loan officer that you can trust- Al was definitely that person! Communication is also a very important factor this intense process. Al has very great communication skills, he was always available via email, call, or text. I had so many questions and concerns and he was able to address them all. Joanna was also very helpful during the process. I would recommend Al to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home. He is the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Al, Heather and staff are awesome in everyway. They are professional, honest, timely and easy to work with regarding any bump that can comes around. They helped get our dream home financed last year and when interest rates improved help get a refinancing deal that was "perfect". When you have to respond quickly we did it as a team. During the last day of getting everything thing we lost our beloved 15 1/2 year old Princess Minnie. They knew that day was tough and helped the title company with what they needed so we close soon and let us grieve. They were also helpful for our dear niece getting her first home. They work great with our real estate agent that we and our niece used as well as the title company. I can't list their names but if you can get the 3 together you have the best team of financial, real estate and title company. I am sure Al can tell you who we used. I will always be in debt to Al and staff.

  I just purchased a home with the help of Al Soumah. My experience was excellent. I closed 10 days after my loan was approved, which I could not believe. I got Al’s number from a family member. I called him and he told me what I needed to do, and told me to call him back when I was ready. I called him back in two months, and he gave me my pre-approval. He is very reliable. Me and my realtor would call him all types of hours for numbers and he would get them back within minutes. He had so much patience with me, since I am a first time home buyer, I had so many questions. He made sure to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be recommending Al to my friends and family who are looking for homes.

  I am so excited to be a first time homeowner!!! Al was attentive, responsive and professional. I spent all of 2018 preparing myself to buy a home, but wasn't really sure if I was ready. In literally 60 days I went from wondering if I could be a homeowner to closing on my house! I now have the perfect home in the neighborhood where I wanted to be.   Al Soumah is sooooo amazing. He was instrumental in every step. I can't begin to thank him and his team for assisting me with my home purchase. The best part was that the entire team worked non-stop two make sure the ink was dry. Thank you so much Al and Apex. You all are amazing........
