  Kevin Han is the best to work with. He will bend over backwards to answer all your questions. If by chance he doesn't know the answer he will find someone who does know the answer. He is friendly and polite. If he can put up with this old lady he can put up with anyone. He was a joy to work with and he handled my loan with ease.

  The approval process used by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is thorough and painstaking in its details. But in my opinion it requires the submission of so many documents by the applicant (I had to fax more than 80 pages of documents over a period of thee months) that the process was exhausting. The company could, and should, use some outside consultant to review and simplify this process with the goal of reducing the flow of documents that the company wants to study before approval is granted. The company also needs to speed up the slow process used by its underwriters in reaching decisions.

  The mortgage process can be confusing and frustrating and customer service can be just a saying in an ad. Ryan Farr provided true, outstanding customer service to us. Having a kind, friendly, knowledgeable loan officer guide us through the process made this a very pleasant experience.Ryan and his team at Mutual of Omaha know the loan options available inside and out. They took time to answer all our questions-and we had TONS of questions! Ryan made us a priority. It was great working with him and we recommended him to anyone seeking a mortgage.
