  You couldn't ask for a better, easier, faster banking institution. Seriously no joke I called Kacey Smith the VP of Business Dev.... just for a simple question. She set aside everything and handled my needs. She at one point had to hand off to the actual Chicago Officer, however she called back the next day to ensure everything was handled. Top Notch service!
