  This shop deserves the high rating that they already have. This was my first experience in a pawn shop and it was pleasant and easy going. Shout out to the guy that helped me through the process, Gustavo, who wasn't trying to haggle nor rush me, but smoothly navigated me through the different options of pawning vs.selling. Have a government issued ID on you. Hope to do business with you guys again. Peace.

  The employees are very nice, helpful and Honest. The prices are great too!! They have a good selection of music equipment among other things! My kids and I drove 45 min one way just to go to this store yesterday and I'm VERY glad we did! Thank-you to the nice young man who help me pick out an amp, got home and my husband loves it!

  Very nice staff, prices are great. I bought a flat screen tv from there for 10 bucks and it works great. I am definitely going back in to do some more shopping. 😊

  I went there to buy games and most of them were broken I am very dissapointed because the games I bought I really liked as a kid and now I can’t play them because of it having very deep cracks and the game was starting to break in multiple areas. This is rediculous and also I have sold games and movies to them and they do not check if they are cracked or partially breaking they just look at the cover and the disc and that’s it and my disc are kept in mint condition because I take care of my stuff.posted pictures of the games but doubt they will put them on there photos page of google because of how bad they look. I will never be buying from you guys again and would not recommend this place at all because this has happened to me on numerous occasions where they sold me a laptop that they showed worked and when I brought it home and never even touched it on the car ride home and it was in a secure location in my back pack and it would not turn on or even charge. Don’t go there it’s a rip off and will never ever be going back again. You would be better off with going to Ritchies or old school electronics at least they check there stuff before they buy them from people. So dissapointed and was willing to give this store a second chance and they blew it

  Good afternoon Zackariah, I'm sorry to hear you purchased a game from us that wasn't able to be played. We are a shop that purchases used items and sometimes judging between a game(with some scratches) that will play all the way through and a game that will not can be a matter of opinion. We do understand that this is something that can happen, that is why we offer a next day exchange on all Ps2 games. Your welcome to come in and exchange that one for another.   I was looking for a laptop I was on a time crunch and I stay on the road a lot. I checked out this store in Raleigh NC over there on Fleetwood drive. It was my first time I thought Rob was cool and gave good customer service. I got my laptop went on the road I used it and I haven't had any problems since. Thanks again Rob for your help.

  My boyfriend and I went in to there store and bought a laptop/tablet and spent $60. They showed us it worked and everything but when I went to pay for it the guy walked away and was shady. He changed the cord on it because he claimed the right one was broken. He got us a new cord. We went home let if charge for an hour and nothing the cord was wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all because the staff dont know what there doing and are unprofessional to everyone and are all shady like they were hired off the corner of the street. Thanks for the broken stuff national jewelry and pawn.😤😤😤😤

If you are in need of the correct cord or a cord that charges the item please come back in and I'm sure we can get you taken care of. In regard to our hiring practices we run extensive background checks on our employees. None are "shady" as you so eloquently stated.

  I was in your store looking for a game for my daughter cause your prices are very reasonable but I was told that I couldn't be in there without a mask on. While one of your employees who did not have there face mask on properly they had it under their chin. I proceeded to tell them I have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing a mask and was still told to leave. I understand your employees have to follow the mask thing but it is only required that customers where one it is not a law plus it was also stated in Dr.Levines order certain disabilities are exempt from wearing face mask. Also according to the ADA persons with disabilities can not be denied entry and if they are other accomodations are suppose to be offered which was not offered. You don't have online or curbside pickup up due to you being a second hand store. I fall under the ADA that exempts me from wearing a mask due to my health issue. Your business is now discriminating against people like me who have a legitimate reason for not wearing a mask. I come into you business cause I can't afford to go to the big chain stores to buy games and movies on a limited income. I think your employees should educate themselves on the Americans with Disabilities Act and see who they can and cannot turn away. I have talked to a few people that have tried to come into your business and were turned away cause by a medical issue can't wear a mask.

  Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our facemask policy. In short you are correct.. This was handled incorrectly and has been addressed at the store level. I will be at the location tomorrow and would be happy to have you come out and speak to me or alternately call the store phone at 717-454-0047. The new facemask guidance from the governor has been difficult to communicate efficiently to employees and customers alike. We are trying to work through the ebbs and flows of the executive orders and resolutions just like everybody else. In stating that moving forward we will provide certain accommodations to disabled individuals (internet , curbside pickup) .   they have good stock however the employees were very unprofessional. went in earlier this week. there were two girls at the counter and when i walked up to sell some old electronics one of them just glared at me and walked away. the other who helped me was singing and dancing to loud music during my entire transaction. she made assumptions that my items were blue tooth when they were not and refused to listen to me. she was very rude and short and paid no mind to me as a customer but rather just sang to herself the whole time.
