  What a great experience at Ebersole, so many choices and the employees were all so helpful and pleasant! I drove onto the lot not even knowing what type of car I was looking to buy but Dave M. helped make the choice easy for me. Immediately he began making suggestions and showing me available choices on his computer. Finally I chose my car and the complete auto purchasing process was a success. Thank you Ebersole for the smooth transition from my old car to my new one!

  After waiting for 4 months for a new Touch Screen for my 2013 Genesis I am pleased to report that Ebersole kept me informed throughout the waiting period and performed the change-out without delay. After installation of the new part I had difficulty in reconnecting my bluetooth. I reported this to Ebersole and they said just stop by and we can help you,......without hesitation. I was able to get it figured out on my own without taking the car in. Matt and Jarred were great to work with. Employer you have two great employees that I had the pleasure to work with. Give them Guys a raise.!!

  The service manager Matt was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed so that it would pass emissions. I live more than an hour way from the dealership so trying to get my vehicle in around my work schedule was difficult. As I was talking to Matt on the phone we realized that we both lived in the same town and I jokingly asked if he could just drive my vehicle to work and get the work done. He said he could do that and scheduled me for 2 days later. I dropped my car off at his house and he drove it to work and had the car fixed in 1 day and back to me that evening. I've never experienced customer service like this and I would highly recommend doing business with them based on my experience there.

  Buying a car can be overwhelming with all the options out there. Finding someone to help you through the process with a ton of patience is a critical part to take the stress out. I’ve been in the automotive industry for a long time and Lucas at Ebersole is as good as is gets. If you are in the market to buy don’t hesitate to take your business to Lucas.   Matt Dohner provided us with an excellent experience. Over the course of several visits, he showed us numerous vehicles (some several times over) and was nothing but patient with us. We never felt pressured by him. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and we would absolutely recommend him for those interested in buying there. The dealership as a whole was clean and professional with a large selection of vehicles.

  I was very impressed with everyone that I had contact with at Ebersole's, at their location where I purchased my car and at the service area of the dealership. Everyone was so nice. They got the part in to fix my car and repaired it very quickly. I have told and continue to tell everyone how much I appreciated how I was treated by the salesman and the service people at Ebersole's. I definitely recommend that they check here for their next car.

  Very interesting story... I was driving from the Lehigh Valley to Hershey when my Santa Fe broke down on I-78. I had my car towed to the nearest dealer, which was Ebersole Hyundai in Lebanon. I got there after the service department was closed, so they told me they would call me with an update the next morning... meanwhile I was 30 minutes from Hershey with no car. A young man at the dealership, Lucas Kendall, offered me a ride to Hershey. He was very nice about it. The next morning I got a call from the service department... my car needed a new engine, and it was covered under my extended warranty! They would also be able to provide me with a free loaner car. After my meeting in Hershey I got a ride to the dealership and was given a 2020 Tucson for my loaner. I had it a little over a week and loved it. When I dropped it off to get my repaired car, I found Lucas and asked about trading in my Santa Fe for the new Tucson. He worked very diligently and helped me get a good deal on the car I wanted. Lucas, and the rest of the staff treated me well when I was in trouble. They helped me when I needed help. For that reason, I bought my car from then, even though the dealership is over an hour from my home. I believe in working with good people, and Lucas and the rest of the Ebersole Hyundai staff are good people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
